Team Pay – Mileage Split – 1 year - $0.38, 2 year - $0.39, 3 year - $0.40, 4 year - $0.41, 5 year - $0.42, ($0.05 CPM every 6 months up to $0.47 CPM split)

Owner Operators:
Pay - $0.93 CPM Reefer (Mileage Contract), $1.15 per mile LTL over 401 miles with additional stops, $1.30 per mile LTL on 401 miles & under with additional stops, Stop Pay TL $30.00, Additional Stop Pay LTL $65.00, Fuel Surcharge Program, Percentage Contract also available.

Student Drivers:
No Experience, No Problem! FFE offers company sponsored training for inexperienced individuals looking to get started with a stable carrier that is committed to safety. Students attending training may graduate in as little as three weeks. After graduation student drivers attend a 3 day orientation in Lancaster, TX where they will be assigned a driver trainer for their first 6 weeks. This careful approach allows student drivers to receive the experience necessary to become a successful over the road driver. New trainees receive 4 pay raises in their first year! After successfully completing training, a new driver in their first year averaging 2,500 miles per week with no accidents will earn in excess of $36,000.
